Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all ExpressTAN™ products and services.

1.0 Cancelling Appointments

If you need to cancel an appointment please try to contact us more than 48hours prior to scheduled time. This will help us fill your spot with another person wanting a great tan too. We are happy to reschedule appointments.

1.1 Cancelling Prepaid Appointments

If you need to cancel a prepaid appointment please contact your spray tan professional as soon as possible. A full refund will be provided for appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment time, and a 50% refund will be given for bookings cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment time. No refund will be given for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time.

2.0 Cancelling Product Delivery

We strive to send out all products ASAP, therefore once the product has been paid for it will be sent out almost immediately. For this reason we cannot cancel product delivery after payment has been made.

3.0 Refunds

3.1 Refunds on Products (does not include online purchases)

A refund will be issued without question if the product has not been used.

If the product has been used, please contact us.

3.2 Refunds on Spray Tans

In the rare case where a spray tan does not meet your expectations please contact us to organise an analysis of your results; we do not offer a refund but we do offer the service to find out what went wrong. We strive to offer people with all different skin types the best spray tans. NB The skin's pH may effect results, please ensure you use the Tuscan Tan's Exfoliating Sugar Scrub and pH Balanced Skin Wash prior to your spray tan for optimum results. 3.3 Refunds on Online Purchases

If the Product does not meet your expectations a refund will be given.

Refund amount:

If you paid for postage via the ExpressTAN Online Store you will receive a full refund upon returning the unused amount (PO Box 415 Carlton North 3054 VIC).

If the item had FREE postage, a flat rate of $20 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the postage costs; the difference will be refunded after the remainder of the product has been returned to ExpressTAN (PO Box 415 Carlton North 3054 VIC).

3.4 Refunds on Prepaid Appointments

A full refund will be provided for appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment time, a 50% refund will be given for bookings cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment time. No refund will be given for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time.
